After five years of regular check-ups, in addition to the fixed subsidy for the so-called standard care, there is a bonus of 20%. After ten years, the bonus increases to 30%.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>ATTENTION: A major gap unfortunately means going \u201cback to square one\u201d! Anyone who interrupts regular check-ups has to start all over again and loses their bonus entitlement. Therefore, be sure to remember your annual check-up appointment, secure your bonus and arrange a check-up appointment in the coming weeks.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Note on the GKV bonus booklet: A bonus booklet is available from the age of 12. Children and adolescents must go for a check-up twice a year until they are 18 if they want the bonus.
