1 – Guidelines for your and our protection
Please read and follow the “Corona Notices” posted in front of the practice entrance.
2 – Hand disinfection when entering the practice
A disinfectant dispenser is available directly in the practice entrance area, which you should use to disinfect your hands immediately upon entering the practice. The disinfectant is medically tested and skin-friendly. Please make use of the possibility for hand disinfection.
3 – Secure communication at the reception
A plexiglass screen has been installed at the reception. Contactless reading of your insurance card is therefore possible.
4 – Safety distance at the reception
The required minimum distance at the reception is marked.
5 – Safety distance in the waiting area
We ensure that the safety distance is maintained in the waiting room.
6 – The sterilization of equipment and instruments
Of course, the instruments used in the treatment are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sterilized afterwards. These processes have been computer-monitored and cleanly documented by us for years.
7 – Disposable items for one patient each
In many areas, the use of disposable items such as gloves and face masks offers greater protection for our patients.
8 – Legal requirements and training courses
Through regular training courses, adjustments and optimizations of our internal processes, we ensure that our hygiene standards meet or even exceed the requirements.
